 Great TV December 3, 2008
I bought this TV at Sam's Club and it is a great TV. I haven't had any problems at all. I have had it for 2 month's now and it is awesome to play xbox 360 on it.

We purchased this model only 8 months ago at Target, opting for the 3 year extended warranty over and above the standard 12 mths. After 8 mths it developed wide vertical bands across the screen. We called several times for service, and finally got a tech guy to the house. They decided to take the tv in for servicing. It's been gone a week now, and we were glad to get it back today! But guess what? Two hrs later, it is back to the black bands again! We just called and they said it will be a few more days to get a tech person back out. And another trip to the repair place. They will not replace the unit or refund until they try to repair it three times. This is unacceptable for a $1000 plus purchase.
Use caution when buying any Magnavox / Phillips product!
